CNCnetPDM connects machines like Sheet Metalforming machines, Gear Tester Combination, Other Crank Presses or Corner Notcher Hydraulic seamlessly with ERP MES f.i. UFIDA ERP-U8 All-in-one (UFIDA), ENFOS, EnterpriseIQ (IQMS) or IFS Applications (Industrial and Financial Systems) and delivers consistent information Production Backlog Value, Resource Usage Variance, Production Loss due to Bad Quality (Hours) or Equipment First Time Good Quantity in real time.

FUNCTIONS

• Automatically acquires manufacturer (RAIMONDI - 60T, SKF, EXCELLO or KOYO...) and controller-specific (R&D XCN 300, STUNT Turn 15 6TB, FANUC 9,10,11,12,15,16,18,20 or MAX Cosy CNC...) signals and operator input.
• Converts input (CPU failure (alarm), Key disable to NC Edit, Input, Cancel active, Static key signal output or Delete number of subroutine passes) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert, In Cycle, Undefined or Energy Conservation.
• Transforms states (e.g. Quality Alert, In Cycle, Undefined or Energy Conservation) to indicators (Reduced Speed, Availability, Production Rejects or Run Rate).
• Outputs results Production Backlog Value, Resource Usage Variance, Production Loss due to Bad Quality (Hours) or Equipment First Time Good Quantity.
