On Sunday September 17^th 2023 we released an updated version of our CNCnetPDM device driver for monitoring machines with Fanuc controllers that fixes issues with data acquisition.

Fanuc IIOT Adapter module that enables reading of

• Alarm status, program number in execution, program number of main program, actual sequence number, actual feed rate, and actual spindle speed
• Absolute, machine and relative position of axes and amount of distance to go
• All system and user parameters
• Diagnostic data e.g. alarms, temperatures, power consumption
• Macro values
• Modal data from controller
• Alarm numbers and text
• PMC (PLC) data from all areas
• Program comment
• Spindle load meter or motor speed
• P Macro variable values
• Servo load meter data
• Alarm message details
• OEE machine state and execution mode

from machines with Fanuc controls and output to OPC UA Server, MTConnect and SQL databases.

• In previous versions Macro variable values starting with zero and one, two or three zeros after the decimal point (e.g. 0.0x, 0.00x 0.000x) were incorrectly output as ‘not assigned’. The current version fixes this problem
